Staying in a Hilton property is staying in luxury. Comfortable beds. Unbeatable service. It’s a home away from home.
I always use hilton in the recent period i booked my 6 nights as a gold member after 4 night i should get 1 night free but they didn’t gave me and in bali nusa dua property i got bad experience there is a insects in the room but hilton didn’t accommodate me for that i am depressed from Hilton this side
One word “ respect “
The room is fine but so very loud upstairs We are really trying to sleep
The Bluetooth Key will not work! I’ve been to the front desk they tried to assist me but it’s up to the Hilton App to fix the issue!
Unable to search for hotels last few weeks even after this last update

Hilton Hotels has always treated me right! Every place I have stayed in have been clean and nice! All of the workers have been top notch!
Easy check in. I love love LOVE the digital room key that way I do not have to worry about loosing or leaving the physical key. Every thing is in the palm of my hands
Ap no longer shows reservations or past stays. Therefore, you can’t get a receipt which I don’t know,might be needed to complete an expense report for your travel. Fix it already!
Doesn’t show my stay, room rates, floor map. Not sure what happened! Please fix I travel a lot. Need to be able to see this info.
It doesn’t show rates, update points, or do anything relevant other than show properties in the area I search for
If it ain’t broke- the app worked just fine two days ago! Now it doesn’t populate the rates etc. can’t book through the app- have to go through the website!
Easy to use and great way to find discounts for hotel stays. I always book my hotel stays with the Hilton app. I check in with the app, get my digital key on my phone, and go straight to my room. Love it!
I cant view prices or look at my reservations on the app. I have deleted the app, reset my phone and still nothing. So annoying.
App and online gives available upgrades but then doesnt allow if you try to pay
Used to be functional, but stopped working after my last stay a few days ago. Deleted the app from my phone, restarted it, signed out, tried to sign back in but nothing worked. It’s utterly useless now.
The app hasn’t worked for months and I’ve updated, deleted, logged out etc. It doesn’t show available rooms or prices. Please fix this :(
I’ve been using this website for years. I needed to change default email and phone number. Could not do it online. After several calls to support, my default data instill wrong.
After going through hoops to download the app to make checking in easier, the app could not find our stay. In the meantime, it was quick to want to send us notifications and other nuisances
I haven’t been able to load rates for almost a year now! I’ve tried everything! Please fix this! I used to love this app! Now I hate it!
App works well when I am using it for a start but even with all push notifications turned off, they still keep coming. Had to delete, will install only when needed
This app no longer works. It does not load rates and it does not allow you to make reservations making it completely useless, so useless that I stopped staying at Hilton chain hotels and started reserving at competing brands since their apps actually show prices and allow for reservations. This problem with the app started at least 1.5 years ago so its clear the company doesn’t care about fixing the issue. Ive updated my phone and the app numerous times and Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue isn’t fixed.
Another garbage app that collects your information just offer you “courtesy” of being able to open the door. First you need the app to even open the door. Then you lose access to opening doors in the facility and getting towels. Never mind the fact that you have to register for the app which is just another password and username to remember. You are way better off just having the key card, trust me. The wallet app doesn’t even work on the doors. I’m not sure where it works.
I was able to easily find a hotel. Check it out and make reservation. I do wish it would let me know if it is applying rewards and show (even if I have none) points that can apply when making said reservation. Thanks
I have the Hilton credit card, so it’s annoying that I have to retype it every time I make a reservation
I’m having g a similar issue with app not showing pricing or availability on rooms happened after last update tried deleting and reinstalling still does not work any solution out there
been getting spam from hilton grand vacations almost daily and they seem to interpret unsubscribe as thank you can I have another

This app is very convenient for looking at hotels, pictures, close by attractions, and prices.
My flight was delayed for six hours at BWI. Hilton Honors made it easy for me to obtain a day rate while I waited for the next flight .
Complimentary breakfast, gym, pool, comfort what else can you ask for while traveling the world
Started with the chance to select room myself - EXCELLENT! Followed by extremely pleasant check-in. Room was super - large and protected from other guests w its design. We travel w two labradoodles. Overall OUTSTANDING stay!
I’m a lifetime diamond so I use this app all the time. Unfortunately, it consistently crashes in the middle of making a reservation.
Using the app makes it easy to reserve a room. Love the Embassy Suites !

It’s not because the app has been revamped. The search is much more difficult. Just one example, I could not find the filter to refine search to certain properties. Both my husband and I used the app in the past 2 days. He did not say anything last night when he was on. When I got on this morning and, then, expressed how the significant changes to the app were just plain crazy related to searching properties and our account, he concurred. I checked in on the HGVC app and found that, also, had been revamped. Ditto on my experience. What happened?
The app no longer will give me room prices and will not show my reservations. This has been going on for several updates. I have deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would fix the problem, but it did not. Please fix this. I live in Europe and travel quite regularly and prefer to stay at Hilton properties, but when the app doesn’t work it makes it hard to reserve a room. I’ll rate as a three because I can still see if a Hilton property is in the area.
The title says it all. :) I typically will fight if I have to stay elsewhere.

First time in our years as Hilton clients that digital key has been available. Use of the app speeds up checking in and checking out. Love the app and the digital key.
Very courteous staff nice and clean rooms we love to stay here every time we are in town for hassle free trip ….

Hilton has many choices from budget to luxury all rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is always friendly. Love the cookies at Doubletree!
