Nice and simple to use. Points accrual does not match stays. Points not updated in apple iphone wallet, even if auto update is ON. Need to turn off/on auto update to update???

Very fit for purpose, straight to the point application that HHonors members should have for fast pre-checkin, choice of room, etc

Even the app have the option to put reservations on the wallet, this feature doesnt work.

I love the app!! Easy, useful and very helpful! Specially the map where you can easily locate yourself and find out how to get to the hotel fast! I just think that it should have the possibility to book a room for team members as well (TM rate).

Hilton Honor app is very useful for frequent travelers.

Has zero function as check in. I have booked from a travel office and is impossible attach my HHonnors to that reservation with this app an even sending e-mail from the web site they simply do not give me a simple "go to hell".

What have you done with this app? I was using it daily, since the update its impossible to book a room! Please change that, the app was very helpful - now useless

With iPhone 5s no bookings or changes possible – upgrade to 3.0 is scrap!

Could you please update the app again - the latest version worked much better and was easier to handle. The new app is too complicated and the graphic is bad

Dont like the new update at all. Way too complicated. Hotel images quality a lot worse than before. The former version was much handier and all the booking information clearer. Also especially dislike the new overview page for reservations, concretely that there isnt the view as a list anymore with all bookings on one page. And hotel details, especially pictures, are not clear at all anymore. Unfortunately a terrible update. Hope you improve it soon.

app is not working, again a non-functioning app, ...why Hilton, as a global company, is not capable of getting a simple app right ? earlier versions ask for a title when trying to book, this one doesnt go back to the booking process once selecting other dates than given ones. lamentable.
