Nice app. Very easy to check in and select your room in advance. I like the digital key function too. It worked well for both the room and the parking lot guard gate at a Doubletree I stayed at recently.

Downloaded this app and it is so convenient! We are traveling all over right now for Boys Gymnastics competitions. The app has saved my Hilton Honors number and any special codes. This app allows you to book your room through the app. I did notice some rates are different when searched thru google.

No idea why. But really p**s me off when tried to use it during exhausting trips...

Ive had no issues with the Hilton app. Like being able to pick my room.

I have not been able to try the phone key but that sounds neat. I can easily get rooms reserved and access to my points.
