Great app. Very easy to navigate and the user experience is pretty good.

If you weeks ago I was advised that stated that he would provide more options to use a combination of points and money to pay for breeze. This was to have been done at the end of February. I have checked repeatedly and noticed that no such option is available. Your app get one star and loses my business. In the voice recognition for Apple is poor.

This is probably one of the most well made apps I ever downloaded. Every click was so smooth and quick. Beautiful design. The information was abundant. Every time I thought "hmm I wonder if they have.." they do! I love it.

This app is terrible ! The app is difficult to work thru and does not allows have correct info for booking . As a HH member I should never have to compare pricing on the internet to receive best price for stay . I often find the same hotel cheaper on the net for same room / date . I also use a iPhone but do not use IOS maps and there is no option to use Google maps for locations interface .

I really like the app, especially the mobile check-in. Very easy, quick to use!

Good experience, easy to use. Only suggestion is you cant delete the address if entered incorrectly, you have to renter and guess which one is correct because the address box is too small and you cant see the state or zip.

I have used this app for several years. I book rooms with the app most of the time. It is simple to use use and convenient. I have experienced very few problems over the years when using this app.

Great user experience with the app! Hilton thought of everything ... easy date entry with seamless arrive-to-checkout date entry in just two touches. In fact, start to finish is all minimum number of touches. I reduced the number of stars because the one thing driving me away from Hilton is their adoption of airline-style pricing... you can stay one week and pay $89 and when you book the next week, price goes up to $111... same hotel, same room, same advance notice... same Hilton Honors member... and the reason given is "availability"! Really!!?? The room is available... where is the possible justification for increasing the price. Ridiculous! This has happened to me multiple times and not just with Hilton. People hate airlines for this policy... I cant understand why hotel chain executives want to drive loyalty members to competing hotels to find a cheaper rate when they are faced with these unjustified price hikes.
