Makes booking rooms on the run so easy. Very good app. Easier than booking online or on the phone. 30 seconds in my car and my room is booked. Always gives me the best rate.

The hotel search options are very good. However there doesnt seem to be app support to report problems. e.g. When trying to see the hotels map for Columbia, SC, USA the map it links to is for Columbia, South America. Not terribly useful.

I travel a lot (a lot) and I belong to a lot of affinity programs... frequent air travel programs, car rental agencies, hotel programs, you name it... this one is the best. Well done HH!

Does not work on my phone, advised to close existing HH app and asked to upgrade to new version but there does no appear to be one. So old app not accessible and no new app available...

Great app - able to book, cancel, check in, get bonus points for using... Only drawbacks - points deals are not always well advertised and it can be slow to update your Hhonors points (shows up on desktop first).

Been a member since 2005, diamond tier since 2009 and just decided to download the app to try the early check-in. Graphic rich, user friendly, easy to navigate. It serves my needs very well!
