Does what I need, check-in works fine for me

Like the intuitive minimalistic design, yet with great functionality: from tracking your points to making bookings to checking in to invoice management. Others should learn from this!

... Good Rates, easy to handle, even for additional rooms for colleagues. One Star less because out of some reasons I dont get Hilton Honors Points although the reservations Show up in My Account... ;/

Now easy to use App, made a great transformation in the last years. As a HH member, you only need one finger from road to bed!

We travel a lot and use this app regularly; have never had any issues - and we can retrieve any information regarding former and upcoming stays anytime as well as current status.

view points cant view points as app asks me to enter my mobile number when clicking on "points". however, i can NOT save my german number cause of error -017 call diamond desk both phone buttons do not work with my german phone - ”number does not exist", love it. an app for an international hotel chain that does not acknowledge customers might call from somewhere else than the us。

Top App - übersichtlich, funktional, schnell, easy to use

This app is absolutely useless as it doesnt let you sign in with your HH account.

Since a few days no Price Information and Reservations possible with the App. Before it worked well and i used it quite a lot. Please update and fix!

It used to be my favorite app. Loved the background pictures, the layout, choosing rooms but all of the sudden it does open on my iPhone, keeps telling me to update it. There it tells me it is updated. Impossible to get it on my iPad so I have to go back to the good old webpage.

Hilton is by now the ONE leading hotel chain still not supporting iPhone 6/S Plus properly… It can’t be too hard, can it?

Perfect if you stay more often at a Hilton hotel. The option to choose your room, to keep track of rewards and to choose benefits are easy to use and convenient to find.

Great App! But please add iPhone 6 Screen Support. Still very ugly big dialogs. Please do not show buttons like "request upgrade" if its not available when clicked. More dynamic needed for this. Add an easy way to perform last searches again.

I was using this app every day. Then when I updated the app it no longer works. Not everyone always has the newest cellphones. I prefer staying at Hilton Hotels and keeping my diamond status than buying a new cellphone every year. It is sad how difficult it is to access anything through my iPhone and iPad since the update made the app incompatible. Then making everything digital... I am in my 30ies representing a large group of many coming year of being potential guests!

User friendly and customer centred design!

The app is fabulous, as far as I can see it has only one flaw. If you cancel or change a reservation, it processes it, but the system still sends out notifications based on the original booking. I have experienced this several times.

It was really easy to check in, pick my room and get my key, all before arriving

I look for Hilton hotels wherever Im going, in large part because of the simplicity of the app. No bugs or problems, just easy reservations, cancellations, and check-ins.

I just used this to book a rewards points room. After location, dates, and room selection, I was done. Never so few steps. Fantastic
